1.5. **”User Accounts”** refers to the account that you will be required to open when registering for use of the Services, which includes personal information such as your full legal name, contact details, payment information, and more.

1.6. **”Subscription Period”** means any period offered by the Company for access to the Services, including annual, half-yearly, quarterly, or monthly subscriptions.

### 2. Contractual Relationship

5.1. 5.3. **Ownership**: The Services and all rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in or related to the Services, except for the limited license granted above. You may not use or reference the Company’s names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or services marks without explicit permission.
