Where no specific legal period applies, we generally retain these records for up to 7 years.
- Support communications, logs, and diagnostic records are generally retained for up to 24 months, unless needed longer for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
- Marketing preference records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and we may retain limited suppression records to respect your opt-out request.
- Backups and security archives may retain data for a limited additional period, generally up to 90 days, before being overwritten or deleted in the normal backup cycle.
